Ilka Schneider (born June 27, 1972 ) is a former German biathlete .

Ilka Schneider was used in biathlon world cup races several times between 1992 and 1995 . She contested her first race at the start of the 1992/93 season in Pokljuka and was there in December 1993 53rd of the individual race over 15 kilometers. In the following sprint race over 7.5 kilometers she achieved her best result in this competition as the third best German with 29th place. Schneider was more successful in the Biathlon European Cup . Here she was in the 1995/96 season behind the Russian Irina Diachkowa second overall. In 1993 she also became German individual champion.
