Ilmari Reinikka

Ilmari Reinikka ( Jaakko Ilmari Reinikka; born August 10, 1906 in Kurikka , † July 31, 1978 in Helsinki ) was a Finnish high jumper and javelin thrower .

At the International University Games in 1930 he won the high jump and won silver in the javelin throw.

In 1932 he was fifth in the high jump at the Olympic Games in Los Angeles .

In 1930 and 1931 he became Finnish high jump champion.

His brother Aulis Reinikka was successful as a decathlete and pole vaulter.
