Ilse Kötting

Ilse Kötting (born December 21, 1913 in Barmen ; † October 27, 2007 ) was a German politician and member of the state parliament of the Communist Party of Germany .

Life and work

After attending primary school and advanced school, she worked as a cantorist, union secretary and textile worker. She was a member of the city ​​council of Barmen and later of Wuppertal .

From November 29, 1952 to February 18, 1953, Kötting was a member of the state parliament of North Rhine-Westphalia . She moved up on her party's reserve list, but left shortly afterwards.
