Ilse Lübben (born February 19, 1936 in Bremen ; † January 29, 1998 in Weyhe ) was a German politician (SPD).

Lübben attended the Danish Comprehensive School in Haderslev , Denmark and returned to Germany in 1950, where she graduated from high school. Afterwards she worked as an interpreter in Wuppertal . In 1962 she moved to Rotthalmünster in Lower Bavaria. Six years later she moved to Weyhe and began studying pedagogy, which she completed in 1972. After completing her studies, she worked as a teacher for German and history at the Integrated Comprehensive School Bremen-Ost. She was a co-founder of the cooperative comprehensive school in Weyhe and from 1974 worked in her husband's company. Between 1986 and 1989 she was employed as a clerk in various companies.

Lübben joined the SPD in 1964 and was a co-founder of the Rotthalmünster local association. From 1976 she was a member of the city council since 1979, deputy mayor of the community Weyhe. In the twelfth and thirteenth electoral terms, she was a member of the Lower Saxony state parliament from 1990 until her death in 1998. Lübben was secretary of the Lower Saxony state parliament.
