Imelin Island (English; Bulgarian остров Имелин ostrow Imelin ) is a rocky, northeast-southwest orientation 600 m long and 380 m wide island in the Palmer Archipelago off the west coast of the Antarctic Peninsula . It is the northernmost of the three islands in the Krivina Bay of Trinity Island and is located 1.35 km south-southeast of Lyon Peak and 3.2 km northeast of Romero Point . A 190 m wide passage separates it from the shores of Krivina Bay to the north, and a 120 m wide passage from Dink Island to the south-southwest .

British scientists mapped it in 1978. The Bulgarian Commission for Antarctic Geographical Names named it on 2013 after the Imelin Cave in northwestern Bulgaria .
