Impaled is a California deathgrind band from Oakland that was formed in 1997. It consists of singer and guitarist Sean McGrath , singer and guitarist Dr. Jason Kocol , bassist Ross Sewage and drummer Raul Varela .
After a few split and demo albums, they released the Gore -riddled album The Dead Shall Dead Remain on Death Vomit Records in 2002 . In the same year Mondo Medicale followed on Necropolis Records and finally in 2005 on the German record label Century Media her album Death After Life . In 2006 the band was featured with a title on the soundtrack of the gonzo film Fuck the System by director Rob Rotten .
