action

In the twilight ... this title has a double meaning: Because in the twilight a man who suffers from somnambulism goes sleepwalking on a thief tour. But this title also refers to the state of mind of a mental twilight in which the film hero finds himself. Because if he suffers from a severe headache with subsequent cessation of brain activity, he does all these things in this state that he normally does not do. The next day he forgot everything and can no longer remember the long fingering he committed in a friend's house.

Production notes

In the twilight , the Duskes-Film-Atelier in Berlin's Blücherstraße 12 was shot. The three-act film with a length of 1030 meters passed the film censorship in April 1913 and was premiered on May 24, 1913.

criticism

“The accessories and the subplot are dramatically moved. The execution is first class and technically perfect. The presentation, above all Mr. Otto, as the sufferer, excellent. "
