In der Olk is a street in downtown Trier . It runs between Johannisstrasse and Böhmerstrasse .

The name is derived from the name “Olk”, which is common in the Moselle region, for an extensive piece of land or a vineyard. He hereby refers to the large vineyard that lay between Böhmerstraße, Johannisstraße and Windmühlenstraße. The street has had the name since 1863.

There are several cultural monuments in the street . The buildings date from the period of historicism . Part of the street also belongs to the monument zone In der Olk 17–28 .
