Ina Willi-Plein

Ina Willi-Plein (born March 14, 1942 in Hamburg ) is a German Protestant theologian .

Life

She studied Protestant theology and philology ( Latin and Hebrew) in Göttingen from 1961 to 1967 (since 1962 at two faculties) . After the state examination in 1967, she was assistant to Herbert Donner at the chair for the Old Testament from 1968 to 1969 . After receiving his doctorate in 1970 as a Dr. theol. at the University of Tübingen she taught from 1986 to 1994 at the University of Basel . After her habilitation in 1988 in the Old Testament in Basel, she taught as a professor for the Old Testament and late Israelite religious history in Hamburg since 1994 .
