The India Bay is a bay on the Princess Astrid Coast of the East Antarctic Queen Maud Lands . It is located near the now abandoned Indian Dakshin-Gangotri station and served as a landing point for Indian Antarctic expeditions.
Indian polar explorers named them after their home country India .
