India Navigation one was American jazz - label from the 1970s to 1990s.

The independent record label India Navigation was founded in the 1970s by Bob Cummins and initially offered musicians of American avant-garde jazz and creative jazz a platform for releases, such as the band Air , Arthur Blythe ( In Concert , 1977), Joseph Jarman ( Egwu- Anwu , 1977), Pharoah Sanders ( Pharoah , 1977), Jay Hoggard ( solo vibraphone , 1978) and David Murray's first albums Flowers for Albert in 1976 and Live at the Lower Manhattan Ocean Club in 1977. As a result, recordings by James were made on the label Newton , Anthony Davis or Muhal Richard Abrams , but also published by Bob Neloms , Chico Freeman , Alvin Batiste and Chet Baker .
