Indochina Airlines (formerly Air Speed Up ) was a Vietnamese low-cost airline based in Ho Chi Minh City .
The airline was established by a resolution of the Vietnamese government in 2008 and focused on major domestic routes from its base Tan Son Nhat Airport in Ho Chi Minh City .
