Industrial anthropology

The industry anthropology as the Department of Anthropology (Human Sciences) studied for today's population , the usability and ease of use of industrial products, controls, software, jobs, work processes or control stations.

To demonstrate the usability or ergonomics of be accredited bodies certificates awarded. For example, the Independent State Agency for Broadcasting and New Media Schleswig-Holstein (ULR) awards the seal of “good usability” through the research group Industrial Anthropology at the Christian-Albrechts-Universität Kiel .
