Independent state authority for radio and new media

The Independent State Authority for Broadcasting and New Media (ULR) was the state media authority for the state of Schleswig-Holstein until February 28, 2007 . It had its seat in Kiel and went on in the media authority Hamburg / Schleswig-Holstein .

The ULR was the approval and supervisory authority for radio programs licensed by it. These are Radio Schleswig-Holstein , delta radio , Radio NORA and POS Radio . In addition, it decided on the occupancy of the Schleswig-Holstein cable networks.
