Ines Koch

Ines Koch (formerly Ines Anger-Koch or Ines Schneider , born June 7, 1971 in Eggenburg ) is an Austrian politician ( ÖVP ). From 2011 to 2015 she was a member of the state parliament and councilor of the ÖVP Vienna.

Life

Koch attended the Eggenburg elementary school between 1977 and 1981 and then moved to the Sacre Coeur in Pressbaum until 1986 . She then graduated from HBLA Strassergasse in Vienna- Döbling , where she graduated from high school in 1991 . She then began studying political science as well as journalism and communication science , which she completed in 1996 with the academic degree Mag. Phil . In 1999 she acquired the license examination for the trade in the transport of goods.

Even during her studies, Koch worked in her parents' company (Oemako Lagerbetriebs- und Transport GesmbH). In 1997 she moved to ÖVP Vienna , where she worked in marketing and project management. From 1998 to 1999 she was a junior consultant in public relations (Hesse & Partner Kommunikation PR company), until she moved back to her parents' company in 1999. Until 2009 she was a partner and managing director of the company Oemako.

Ines Koch has a child.

Koch was particularly involved in the business-related organizations of the ÖVP. She was a member of the Junge Industrie , the Wirtschaftsbund and deputy chairwoman of the Lower Austrian Freight Forwarders in the Lower Austrian Chamber of Commerce , member of the freight forwarders committee in the Austrian Chamber of Commerce and deputy chairwoman of the Europpass / ASFINAG user advisory board . On November 18, 2005, she represented the ÖVP for the first time in the Vienna state parliament and municipal council. In the 18th legislative period she was a member of the committee for "Education, Youth, Information and Sport". From 2011 she was again a member of the state parliament and municipal councilor of the ÖVP Vienna and a member of the committee for “Education, Youth, Information and Sport” in the 19th legislative period.
