The infas Holding AG , based in Bonn is a publicly traded holding company that through its subsidiaries infas Institute of Applied Social Sciences , infas 360 GmbH , infas quo GmbH and Lutum + Tappert DV-Beratung GmbH as a comprehensive information service about the company and its development for science and business is equally active.

The infas Holding AG went on 30 March 1998 under the name Hunzinger Information AG , based in Frankfurt am Main on the stock exchange . In 2004 it was renamed Action Press Holding AG . In November 2013 the name was changed to infas Holding AG . It was named after the subsidiary infas Institute for Applied Social Science GmbH , which contributed around 70 percent to group sales in 2012. In 2002, Hunzinger Information AG acquired one of the world's largest photo agencies, action press gmbh in Hamburg, for 10 million D-Marks in cash.

In April 2014 infas Holding AG founded infas 360 , a company for data-driven market research from research, CRM analytics and geomarketing, also based in Bonn .

Infas Holding AG founded infas quo in April 2017 , a company for strategic management consulting based in Nuremberg .

On December 31, 2018, the holding company acquired 100% of the company Lutum + Tappert GmbH. The Bonn-based company was founded in 1982 and specializes in the development of map software, business mapping and location technologies.
