Ingrid Riezler-Kainzner (born May 20, 1959 in Magstadt , Germany) is an Austrian politician ( SPÖ ). Riezler was a member of the Salzburg state parliament from 2004 to 2018 .

Life

Between 1965 and 1978, Riezler graduated from elementary and secondary school in Sindelfingen and a business high school in Böblingen , before studying business administration at the Vienna University of Economics from 1978 . She is on leave as accounting officer at BORG Radstadt and completed an apprenticeship for adult education between 1999 and 2003. She is group and seminar leader at "Parent-Child-Encounters Radstadt and Altenmarkt".

Riezler has been a community representative in Radstadt since 2002 and was elected district chairwoman of the SPÖ- Pongau in 2003 . From April 28, 2004 she represented the SPÖ in the state parliament, taking on the social and integration agendas as the area spokeswoman for the SPÖ state parliament club. On November 27, 2007, Riezler became the new state chairwoman of the Salzburg SPÖ women, replacing Hilde Wanner . After the state elections in Salzburg in 2018 , she left the state parliament. Karin Dollinger succeeded her as the regional woman chairwoman .

Riezler lived in Sindelfingen before moving to Austria. She lived for some time in Vienna and Upper Austria , is married for the second time and has a daughter and a son.
