The Ings Beck is a watercourse in Lancashire , England . It arises south of Rimington and flows in a westerly direction. When he met the Swanside Beck , he formed the Smithies Brook .

The watercourse marks the boundary between the Civil parish Twiston and the Civil parish Rimington. Until 1974 Rimington was in North Yorkshire and Twiston was in Lancashire, but now both belong to Lancashire.
