Inner Sanctum ( English for interior sanctum is) a bay in the north of Signy Iceland in the archipelago of the South Orkney Islands . It lies with a group of small islands at its entrance south of North Point .
The Falkland Islands Dependencies Survey surveyed the bay between 1947 and 1950. Aerial photographs were taken in 1968 by the Royal Navy . The UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee named it in 2004.
