The Innere Brücke 26 building in Esslingen am Neckar is a listed residential and commercial building.
history
The Art Nouveau building was built in 1903 for the merchant Albert Leuze according to plans by the architect Hermann Falch . Business premises were housed on the ground floor, and apartments with up to eight rooms on the other floors. The building is designed asymmetrically. The top floor is developed on the street side; the house has a bay tower and a curved gable with a sundial . In addition to decorative truss elements, there are also plastered surfaces and stone elements on the facades. The themes of the reliefs with which the house is adorned are taken from the fairy tale and fable fund .
The building houses a branch of the BW Bank .
