Constitutional law

As a constitutional law in which it is general political theory , political science and comparative constitutional doctrine of the legal foundations of a state or designated by States themselves. This includes above all the doctrine of the organization of the state . The constitutional foundations are regularly laid down in a constitutional document (constitution in the formal sense) ; as a state without a written constitution, d. H. the United Kingdom is only to be mentioned with a constitution in the material sense . Primarily in the countries of the German legal circle , a distinction is made between constitutional law in general and constitutional law in particular (see the distinction between constitutional law and constitutional law ).
