Insane is an Italian thrash metal band from Civitanova Marche that was formed in 2002.
history
The band was formed towards the end of 2002 by bassist and singer Dan Montironi, guitarist Luke Perozzi and drummer Matt Montironi. In April 2003 the band recorded their first demo called Fucking Demo , with the song Death By Command on the compilation Metal Crusade Vol.VIII of the German magazine Heavy oder Was !? appeared. This made the label Battle Cry Records aware of the band, so that they signed them. In July 2004 the band flew to Vancouver , Canada to record their debut album Wait and Pray . In April 2005 the album was released. In the same year the band also played on the Keep It True .
style
The band plays fast, classic Thrash Metal, which corresponds to the music of the 1980s from the San Francisco Bay Area . The music is compared with the old works of Slayer and Metallica .
