Intan Nurtjahja
Intan Nurtjahja (* around 1947 ) is a former Indonesian badminton player . She was runner-up in 1972 with the Indonesian women's team.
Career
In the 1972 Uber Cup final , the up-and-coming Indonesian team faced Japan, but this time they lost 6-1. Intan won the honor point in the women's singles against Kaoru Takasaka , who she defeated 11: 9, 7:11 and 11: 3. However , Intan lost her two doubles with Regina Masli . In the first encounter they lost to Etsuko Takenaka and Machiko Aizawa with 5:15, 15:11 and 7:15, the second they lost to Noriko Nakayama and Hiroe Yuki with 8:15 and 8:15.
In 1971 she won the individual disciplines with Retno Koestijah at the Asian Championships in women's doubles.
