The InterMeat was an international trade fair for meat and sausage products in Düsseldorf .

In 2012, 4,816 trade visitors visited the 145 exhibitors from 14 countries on the 4,481 m² exhibition area.

The edition planned for 2014, which was to take place from September 21 to 23, 2014, has been canceled.

The German and international exhibitors presented the latest trends and developments in the fields to the specialist audience

The trade fair was one of the most important in the world for trade visitors.

InterMeat was held every two years, alternating with Anuga in Cologne , by Messe Düsseldorf GmbH at the Düsseldorf exhibition center together with InterCool (international trade fair for frozen food, ice cream and technology) and InterMopro (international trade fair for dairy products).

The sponsors were the Federal Association of Dairy Products, the Dairy Industry Association, the German Frozen Institute and the Federal Association of the German Meat Industry.
