Internacia Televido (iTV) was a free-to-air Internet television station from Brazil that broadcast in the planned language Esperanto . The station was operated by the Ĝangalo Internet news portal , which has now also been discontinued . Internacia Televido went on the air on November 5, 2005 after a two year global fundraising campaign.

ITV should be financed through sponsoring and advertising during ongoing operations . This concept failed, however, as Internacia Televido ceased operations at the beginning of April 2006 just five months after its start .

On May 27, 2006 , according to the operator's announcement, iTV was to resume operation for at least one year after a sufficiently large number of Esperantists had committed to regular monetary donations to the operator in two intensive fundraising campaigns . In fact, operations were stopped again in October 2006. On December 10, 2006, the static pages on the web disappeared at the same time as the Ĝangalo project, which had also been discontinued .

The iTV program should include Esperanto courses, journalistic programs, variety shows , music, cinema and culture . These genres should include documentaries, cartoons and movies, as well as world news and much more. The announced range of programs was never realized.
