International Boxing Association

The International Boxing Association ( IBA ) is a boxing association that organizes official fights and awards the IBA world championship title in professional boxing . It is based in Ohio , USA and was founded in the 1990s by former baseball player Dean Chance . Compared to the four large associations, the IBA, along with other numerous associations, is small and insignificant.
