The International Chemical Investors SE (also: International Chemical Investors Group , ICIG) owns a public company, based in Luxembourg, the number of chemical companies. These are divided into three groups: Vynova Group (chlorine chemistry), WeylChem (chemicals, including Allessa ) and CordenPharma (pharmaceutical products).

history

In 2014 ICIG took over the German company Allessa (Frankfurt-Fechenheim) and the Intermediates and Surfactants division from Clariant .

On August 1, 2015, the chlorovinyl activities were taken over by INOVYN, a PVC joint venture between INEOS and Solvay .

On April 1, 2016, Sandoz Industrial Products GmbH (Frankfurt-Höchst) was taken over.
