Vynova is a group of chemical companies owned by the International Chemical Investors Group (ICIG). Vynova is active in the field of chlorine chemistry (“chlorovinyl”) and is a European leader in the production of suspensions - polyvinyl chloride and potassium hydroxide (KOH).

Vynova was formed on August 1st, 2015 from several parts of INEOS and Solvay . These had previously been brought together in the Inovyn joint venture .
