International Commission on Illumination
The International Commission on Illumination or French Commission Internationale de l'Éclairage (CIE) or Engl. International Commission on Illumination is an independent non-profit organization with the aim of international cooperation and the exchange of information in all matters relating to science and the art of lighting .
