The International Convention Center ( Hebrew מרכז הקונגרסים הבינלאומי Merkaz HaKongresim HaBeinLeumi ), also known as Binyenei HaUma ( Hebrew בנייני האומה, literally "building of the nation") in Jerusalem is a congress and concert hall. The Meleke building has 27 halls of various sizes and a total of 12,000 m². The main hall, the " Menachem Ussishkin Auditorium" has 3,104 seats.

The hall was built from 1950 to 1963 according to plans by the architect Ze'ev Rechter . The first congresses of the Zionist World Organization began as early as 1956 .

The hall is one of the main venues of the Israel Philharmonic Orchestra . In 1979 and 1999 the Eurovision Song Contest took place here.
