International data center

The International Data Center ( Engl. : International Computing Center ( ICC )) is a constant service platform for all Member States of the United Nations (UN). Various software from the International Computer Center is used internationally by states, non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and UN organs.

history

The ICC was founded in Geneva in 1971 by a resolution of the UN General Assembly . The headquarters of the ICC are still in Geneva today. Further branches are located in New York ( USA ), Rome and Brindisi ( Italy ) and Addis Ababa ( Ethiopia ).
