Inula heterolepis is a plant from the family of the daisy family (Asteraceae).

features

Inula heterolepis is a perennial subshrub that reaches heights of 12 to 25 centimeters. The leaves are more or less clearly notched. The basal sheets measure 35 to 50, rarely up to 70 × 25 to 35 millimeters. The outer bracts are blunt and more than half as long as the inner ones.

The flowering period extends from June to July.

Occurrence

Inula heterolepis occurs in the area of Anatolia . in Lebanon and the Aegean Sea . The species grows on limestone rocks at altitudes from 0 to 1200 meters.
