Life

Between 1992 and 2004 he developed and drew four comic strip series for various regional newspapers and magazines, which together reached over 520 episodes, as well as various cartoons , caricatures and illustrations . At the end of 2004 he took a creative break for personal reasons, which he only finished in July 2007 and opened his own homepage with comic strips he had drawn in German and English. In contrast to the mainly black and white comic strips of past years, the focus of his work is now on colored cartoons. As a sign of his new creative period, the artist no longer signs his current works with the abbreviation of his first name, but with the abbreviation of his last name: mil

His colorful and often black-humored cartoons not only appear several times a week on his own homepage , but also on many other websites. They were regularly printed until 2008 in the Swiss student magazine Unikum and individual cartoons can also be found in the latest issues of the comic magazines Plop and Wieselflink . Milionis is also represented at various comic festivals such as the Erlangen Comic Salon .
