Ioannis Palamiotis
Ioannis Palamiotis ( modern Greek Γιάννης Παλαμιώτης , Giannis Palamiotis; born November 15, 1915 , † February 5, 2010 ) was a Greek triple jumper .
At the European Athletics Championships he was fourth in Paris in 1938 and 14th in Brussels in 1950 .
From 1938 to 1940 he won the Balkan Games three times in a row . In 1939 he became English champion and set a national record with 15.03 m that lasted for almost 17 years.
