Ipolitas Nekrošius

Ipolitas Nekrošius (born May 7, 1936 ) is a Lithuanian labor lawyer , long-time professor of labor law at Vilnius University and a lawyer .

In 1959 Nekrošius received a diploma from the Vilnius University Faculty of Law and then worked as a research assistant. From 1965 to 1967 he studied as a candidate and did his doctorate as a candidate in law . In 1969 he was awarded the title of lecturer and in 1991 of professor. In 1977 Ipolitas Nekrošius was appointed head of the Chair of Labor Law, which he held until 2006. From 1977 to 1985 he was also dean . In 1992 he was admitted to the bar.

Ipolitas Nekrošius is married and has several children. Professor Vytautas Nekrošius is his son.
