Ira Wedel (* 1976 in Leipzig ) is a German screenwriter , author and columnist .

Wedel studied screenwriting at the Baden-Württemberg Film Academy , where she graduated in 2010 with a diploma.

She lives in Berlin and works as a freelance writer of scripts, stories and reviews.
