Irie Rocker Allstars was a pop reggae band from Austria.

history

The band from Styria existed since 2010 and was founded by the brothers Hartmut and Bertram Pollhammer and Michael Fritz. A short time later, Gottfried Graber and Markus Schmidt joined the band. According to the self-description, the music style ranges from reggae to pop and funk.

In 2011 the band released their first EP “Song of a Song” together with the Austrian musician and producer Ernst Gottschmann . This was followed by numerous appearances in Austria (including Donauinselfest ) and reports by the band on Puls 4. Furthermore, the band played in the opening act for Kim Wilde at a gig in Antalya (Turkey).

In 2013 the band released the single "Calling" together with the Austrian rapper Train D-LAY, which made it to number 54 on the Austrian charts. In 2014 the band released the single "Everyday Good". The single reached number 33 on the Austrian charts

The band split up at the end of 2014. Some band members founded the band Solarkreis in January 2015 .
