Irkutskkabel ( Russian Иркутсккабель ) is a Russian cable and wire manufacturer . It is one of the five largest cable manufacturers in Russia and is a leader in the manufacture of insulated overhead lines for medium-voltage networks .
The company was founded in 1966. In 2003, production began of high voltage cables with XLPE - insulation .
