Isa Theobald

Isa Theobald (born July 4, 1977 in Saarbrücken ) is a German author , editor , editor and translator .

life and work

Isa Theobald is a trained retail saleswoman.She has been working full-time as an author and editor since 2018. In addition to her novels and editing, she has published numerous short stories in anthologies from various publishers since 2011. Theobald writes in various sub-genres of fantasy, from fairy tales for adults to horror.

She is a member of the Fantastic Authors Network (PAN) and has been on the extended board since 2019. In 2018 she was a member of the jury for the Fantastik Literature Prize Seraph.

Together with Germaine Paulus, she runs the reading stage “Unterdeck - The Reading Room in the Quarter” in Saarbrücken.

Theobald lives and works with her husband and two children in Saarlouis.
