Isaak Schlösser (born January 1, 1708 in Elberfeld (today a district of Wuppertal ); † May 19, 1782 ibid) was Mayor of Elberfeld.

Schlösser was born the son of the Elberfeld merchant Johannes Schlösser (1667-1721) and his wife Anna Margareta von Carnap (1667-1737), the daughter of the mayor from 1671 and 1684, Peter von Carnap . He himself also began as a merchant in Elberfeld and on December 21, 1735 married Antonetta Katharina Sombart (1717–1775) from Soest, with whom he had eleven children. One of them, Charlotta Schlösser (1743–1815) married the mayor of 1773, Johann Jakob Schlösser (1742–1788).

Schlösser was part of the Elberfeld City Council for the first time in 1749. The second time he was elected to the council in 1765. In the election of the mayor in 1768 he was on the list of proposals for the first time and was also elected straight away. The following year he became a city judge and in 1770 a council member again.
