Isabella Theuermann

Isabella Theuermann (born January 7, 1984 in Wolfsberg ) is an Austrian politician ( Freedom Party of Austria since December 2017 , previously Team Stronach ) and entrepreneur. From 2013 to 2018 she was a member of the Carinthian state parliament .

education and profession

Theuermann attended the Federal Trade Academy in her native Wolfsberg between 1998 and 2003 and passed the Matura there. Her training focus was on marketing and international business. After graduating from school in 2003, she began studying psychology at the Alpen-Adria University of Klagenfurt and graduated in 2009 with a master's degree. She then worked as a psychologist in a therapeutic residential community in Mauren in Liechtenstein between February 2009 and June 2010 and then worked as a personnel and customer advisor for IK Hofmann GmbH from 2010 to 2011. In 2011 she started an academic course for supervision, organizational development and coaching, which she finished in 2014. In addition, between January 2012 and July 2012, she worked as a personnel and customer consultant for the Engineering & Competence Center of IK Hofmann GmbH. In 2012 she was promoted to branch manager or site manager of the Engineering & Competence Center. The employment relationship was terminated in June 2014. Theuermann has been self-employed since 2014 and runs her own company.

politics

Theuermann joined Team Stronach on September 27, 2012 and ran for Team Stronach in the electoral district of Carinthia East in the 2013 state elections , whereupon she was sworn in as a member of the Carinthian state parliament on March 28, 2013. At the time of her inauguration, she was the youngest member of the Carinthian state parliament. She then took over the role of chairwoman of the control committee in the state parliament and was also a member of the committee for social affairs, health, hospitals, families, generations and women as well as the deputy chairwoman of the Stronach state parliament club within the party. In December 2017 she switched to the FPÖ Club and has been the regional party secretary of the FPÖ Carinthia since April 2018. At the constituent state parliament session on April 12, 2018, she was elected as a substitute member for the Federal Council.
