Isaiah Philmore (born September 20, 1989 in El Paso , Texas , United States ) is an American- German basketball player .

Career

Philmore returned to Germany for the 2014/15 season and signed with ratiopharm ulm for two years . In his first professional season, he scored an average of 3.4 points per game for Ulm with around 8 minutes of playing time.

In the summer of 2015 it was announced that Philmore will be moving to league competitor Telekom Baskets Bonn for the 2015/16 season and will be signing a one-year contract there with a mutual option for an extension. The Telekom Baskets failed in the quarterfinals of the playoffs at Ulm last season . After the season, the contract was not extended because the Baskets are aiming for a complete rebuild of the squad after a sporting disappointing season.

At the beginning of June 2016, the Walter Tigers Tübingen presented Philmore as a new addition. There he played until the end of the 2016/17 season.

From summer 2017 he played for EWE Baskets Oldenburg , and since 2018 for the Romanian basketball club CSU Sibiu .

Personal

Philmore's mother is German, his father is American, which is why Philmore also has a German passport. He spent part of his childhood in Bad Vilbel in Hesse .
