Iskverna
Coordinates: 70 ° 34 ′ S , 11 ° 31 ′ E
Iskverna ( Norwegian for Crusher of frozen blocks is) one of columns laced sink in the ice shelf belt at the Princess Astrid Coast of the East Antarctic Queen Maud Lands . It is located around 10 km north of the Schirmacher Oasis .
Scientists from the Norwegian Polar Institute named it in 1973.
