Issam Jemâa (born January 28, 1984 in Gabès ; also Issam Jomaa ; Arabic عصام جمعة, DMG ʿIṣām Ǧumʿa ) is a former Tunisian soccer player .

Jemâa made his debut in May 2005 in a friendly against Angola in the Tunisian national team . In 2006 the striker was named to Tunisia's World Cup squad, but sustained a meniscus injury before the first game and was replaced by Chaouki Ben Saada .
