The Ivaylo Cove (English; Bulgarian Ивайлов залив Iwajlow saliw ) is a 500 m wide and 900 m long bay on the east coast of Snow Island in the archipelago of the South Shetland Islands . It is bordered by the two side arms of the Hall Peninsula , the southern one being extended by a series of cliff rocks .
British scientists mapped it in 1968. The Bulgarian Commission for Antarctic Geographical Names named it in 2006 after the Bulgarian Tsar Iwajlo , who ruled from 1278 until his death in 1280.
