The 2,150 m long Ivica tunnel in northwestern Montenegro is an important part of the Risan - Grahovo - Žabljak road connection . It crosses under a foothill of the Durmitor mountain range and drastically shortens the route from Šavnik to Žabljak.

The tunnel was officially opened on December 15, 2010. The cost, including the section of road to Žabljak, was EUR 21.2 million.
