Ivan Jewstafjewitsch Chandoschkin ( Russian Иван Евстафьевич Хандошкин * 1747 , † March 18 . Jul / the thirtieth March 1804 greg. In Saint Petersburg ) was a Russian composer .
Chandoshkin was probably born a serf in St. Petersburg in 1747 . From 1765 he was a member of the court orchestra, where he was soon promoted to concertmaster . In 1785 he was released from serfdom.
