J&P is a publicly listed, international construction service provider based in Guernsey . The company has been operating internationally since the 1960s, with a focus on the Middle East.
history
The company goes back to a local construction company founded in Cyprus in 1941 by George Paraskevaides and Stelios Joannou. In the 1960s, J&P took on its first construction projects in Libya and expanded in the Middle East from the 1970s. Since 1979 the company has also been active in Southeastern Europe with a focus on Greece .
The supervised construction tasks include all areas of civil engineering, including tunnels, bridges, airports, hotel complexes, universities, military complexes, etc.
