Jörg Blasius
Jörg Blasius (* 1957 in Hamburg ) is a German sociologist .
Life
From 1986 to 2001, Blasius worked at the University of Cologne's central archive for empirical social research and has been a professor at the Institute for Political Science and Sociology at the University of Bonn since 2001 .
His research interests include the methods of empirical social research, applied statistics (especially correspondence analysis ), urban sociology , lifestyles , media research, environmental sociology and political sociology .
