Jörg Bollin
Jörg Bollin (* 1980 ) is a conductor , wind music composer and orchestra leader from Baden-Württemberg . He is the founder and leader of the Jörg Bollin brass band and the Moravian Fire .
Life
In 2001 he received the Herbert Roth Prize 2001 on MDR television . Bollin has written 85 own compositions that are self-published. Bollin and his brother Markus have been running their own recording studio since 2006.
Jörg Bollin and the Moravian Fire
The ensemble with 14 musicians had several television appearances, including a portrait on the “ZDF turntable”. The orchestra consists of instrumental soloists from southern Germany; the repertoire comes mainly from the pen of Bollin and includes Bohemian-Moravian brass music, titles in the big band sound and classical interludes.
